Cherryfield Manor Rates and Deposit
We feature a very simple and straight forward rate plan:
Weekly Rate is $875.00;
our best rate which works out to $125 per night.
3-Night Rate is $500.00 (3-Night Minimum Preferred; 2-Night rental $400.00).
All rates plus local and NC state taxes.
WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY CLEANING FEE TO OUR GUESTS.
SORRY, we do not honor credit cards or PayPal; checks and cash only at this time.
Maximum occupancy of 8 people.
We are a licensed and permit-posted privately owned rental home. Therefore we must collect local and NC state sales taxes which total 10.75%.
Reservations will be held 5 mailing days awaiting receipt of rental check payment and deposit check (2 checks, please). Payment of rental and deposit is required in advance of check-in.
Check-in time: After 3 PM EST. Check-out time: By 11 AM EST, so as to allow for cleaning between guests.
Please inquire about longer term rentals. These will be considered on an availability basis, of course.
Deposit: $200.00 deposit is required, which is
immediately returned upon cleaning and inspection, assuming no damage or missing items to the home or its contents.
